After breakfast at the hotel, guests will depart for a full-day Muscat City Tour. The first stop is the
Grand Mosque, a symbol of reverence and magnificence, where you can explore its serene beauty
from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Please note, for our female guests, a graceful
attire with head covering is appreciated, and we kindly ask that you avoid shorts, beachwear, or
sleeveless outfits.
Then we'll unveil the architectural wonders and intriguing history of the Royal Opera House before embarking on a 3-hour Dolphin Watching and Snorkelling adventure, starting from Marina Bander Al Rowdha. Watch wild dolphins in their natural habitat and, with luck, spot whales along Muscat's
rugged coast. Afterward, explore a pristine bay with a snorkelling experience. Lunch at a local restaurant (cost excluded) fuels us for the next part of our journey. We'll wander
through the colourful Muttrah Souq, renowned in the Middle East, to shop for unique treasures. Our day culminates with a visit to the stunning Al Alam Palace, an architectural marvel located between the Mirani and Jalali forts. After these immersive experiences, we'll rest for the night in Muscat,
preparing for more discoveries on the horizon.
Overnight in Muscat

We embark on a thrilling expedition to Ras Al Jinz, following the breath-taking coastal road along the Gulf of Oman. We'll start with a visit to the picturesque fishing village of Quriyat before reaching the stunning Bimah sinkhole, a limestone crater with emerald waters at its base. Spend some time swimming and absorbing the serene ambiance of the location.
Then proceed to Wadi Shab: Delve into the majestic beauty of Wadi Shab, one of Oman most
sought-after attractions. This enchanting wadi offers a mix of hiking and swimming opportunities. To fully explore its hidden water pools, cascading waterfalls, and the renowned keyhole passage leading to a secluded cave, one requires a moderate level of fitness. The hike to the main attractions is approximately 40 minutes one way, so prepare for an approximately 2.5 to 3-hour round trip of breath-taking scenery and occasional challenges.
Continuing our adventure, we wind our way through Wadi Tiwi, a lush oasis with year-round flowing
water and a historic visit to the Mausoleum of Bibi Miriam at Qalhat. Our route then meanders
through mountainous terrain, leading us to the mesmerizing Dhow building yard in Sur.

Begin your day early to witness the enchanting hatchlings in their natural habitat. After a delectable breakfast at the hotel, we set off on an unforgettable adventure. Our first stop is the captivating Wadi Bani Khalid, nestled within the rugged mountains, where charming villages invite exploration. Dress comfortably in light attire and sturdy shoes as we delve into this oasis of natural beauty. Our journey continues to the awe-inspiring Wahiba Sands, a vast expanse of red and white sand dunes, some soaring up to 200 meters. These ever-shifting dunes create a mesmerizing landscape, a photographer's delight. Brace yourself for exhilarating 4WD dune rides, followed by a unique visit to a traditional Bedouin family in a rustic Barasti hut. It is the traditional home of the Bedouin, spirited people who know how to survive in harsh desert conditions. Visiting a local Bedouin family house offers a unique opportunity to learn about their lifestyle and challenges of living in the Sands. You'll be treated to traditional Omani coffee and dates during your visit. Get ready for a thrilling ride over the dunes, experiencing a roller-coaster-like adventure. As the day ends, our overnight stay amidst the breath-taking Wahiba Sands awaits.

After a sumptuous breakfast at your Muscat hotel, prepare for a day filled with enchanting adventures as we journey to the breath-taking Jebel Shams via Nizwa. Our first stop, the Nizwa Souq, will immerse you in a vibrant tapestry of colours, scents, and flavours, where you can shop for local handicrafts, spices, and fresh produce, making for a true sensory delight. As we move onward, the majestic Nizwa Fort will captivate your imagination with its towering presence and rich history, providing splendid
panoramic views of the town below. Our next destination, the Bahla Fort and the Bahla Pottery
Workshops, will introduce you to the age-old art of pottery-making, where skilled craftsmen create
beautiful pieces using techniques passed down through generations. Continuing our journey, we'll
discover the awe-inspiring Jabreen Castle, a true architectural masterpiece that houses secrets of
Omani heritage within its walls
Overnight stay in Nizwa.

After breakfast, drive to the pretty village of Birkat Al Mauz. Enjoy a walk through the lush green
date plantations. The journey continues to Wadi al Madeen, from where a 36-km drive through a
scenic mountain road brings visitors to Jebel Akhdar (2000 meters above sea level), the green
mountain of Hajar mountain ranges, truly a unique attraction in the Arabian Peninsula. Jebel Akhdar
is famed for its temperate cool climate and tropical fruit orchards typically laid out terrace style
along the slopes of mountains, which are endowed with natural springs and al falaj. Visit the villages
of Saiq, Wadi Bani Habib (the village of the old houses) and Al Ain dot the landscape. The villages
overlook a spectacular landscape of awesome peaks, gorges and wadis. After completing your tour
our guide will drive you back to your Muscat hotel.
