Day 1

`Discover the natural beauty of Oman on this trip. The main attraction is a visit to the Al Hoota caves, the latest addition to the Nizwa region. Start by visiting the famous Round Tower Fort and the Nizwa Souq, known for its Friday cattle auction, hand-carved Khanjars, and silver jewelry. Next, take a tour of the Al Hoota caves, where you can see the stunning stalactites and stalagmites, as well as an underground lake. The show-cave can only be accessed by an electric train that runs through a tunnel. The cave is equipped with pathways and a special lighting system, and guided tours are available to explain the features of the cave. On the way back to Muscat, stop at the village of Birkat Al Mauz, located at the base of the Jebel Akhdar (Green Mountains), and take a walk through its oasis and date plantations.
